If a two-dimensional projection of an object isn't enough, it's time to upgrade to Computed Tomography (CT). Our Shad-o-Box EV series detectors are ideal for micro-CT of small objects in a compact, desktop-sized system. Paired with an appropriate micro-focus x-ray source, our cameras are capable of acquiring a complete set of tomographic projections in minutes, resulting in unprecedented micron-resolution 3D data sets. Possible applications range from failure analysis of electronic components to small animal CT for biomedical research.
