Rad-icon to Merge with DALSA Corporation

Santa Clara, CA – Rad-icon Imaging Corporation announced today that DALSA Corporation of Waterloo, Canada has fully acquired its remaining shares in the company. This acquisition will extend DALSA’s leadership position in high-performance digital imaging by adding CMOS x-ray sensors and cameras that create superior image quality, high resolution, and large active area images.
